Food Testing Services
Fitz Scientific provide world class testing for all stages of the food production chain. Our in house laboratory is accredited by INAB to ISO17025 standard for microbiological testing of food for parameters including Listeria, Salmonella, Enterococci, Staphylococcus aureus, TVCs and Coliforms.
The laboratory complies with the requirements of the Campden BRI Retailer Supplementary Audit (RSA) Scheme which is required for supply of certain food products to Tesco or M&S.
Our Food Chemistry division performs nutritional testing for Macronutrients, Vitamins, Minerals and Trace Elements to food and dietary supplement manufacturers both in Ireland and Internationally.
In addition we provide testing to verify hygiene and cleaning regimes with equipment, surface and hand swabs and also settle plate microbial air monitoring.
