Our food chemistry team have recently completed method validations of the following methods:

  • Protein
  • Total Fat by NMR
  • Carbohydrate
  • Energy
  • Ash
  • Total Moisture

All tests can be completed on a range of food types including cereals, meat, chicken, soups and sauces, ready to eat meals, fish, infant baby powder, confectionery, nutritional supplements, fruit and veg and pet food. These methods complement our extensive food microbiological methods.
