Introducing Our New Customer Service Team
At Fitz Scientific, we're always striving to enhance our customer experience and provide excellent service to our valued clients. That's why we're delighted to announce the appointment of Louise and Barry to spearhead our new Customer Service function.
Louise brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having previously excelled in various positions within our login team. Barry has successfully developed and managed our bottle dispatch systems with great efficiency. Together, they will work together with the purpose of elevating our customer service standards to new levels.
This update is part of overall improvements in our customer service systems including enhancements to our Web Portal user experience along with prompt and efficient assistance to each and every one of our customers.
While our technical teams remain dedicated to resolving any technical queries, starting from April 2, 2024, all service and technical inquiries will be streamlined through our centralized email system.
