Routine microbiological testing of food products is an essential part of the quality control system of any food business, from growing and packaging of raw materials to food production, manufacture and food retail outlets.

Fitz Scientific offer a range of accredited detection and enumeration tests for food borne pathogens and other bacteria of concern. We use both ELISA and PCR methods providing rapid access to results when required.
