Stack Emissions Testing

Stack Emissions testing is carried out primarily in our in house laboratory. Following completion of on-site monitoring samples are transported to Fitz Scientific for processing and analysis. We can provide the following analysis of aqueous and absorbent tube samples:

• Combustion Gases - Sulphur dioxide (SO2), Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx as NO2) and Carbon Monoxide
• Total Dust / Total Particulates
• PM10 & PM 2.5 dust fraction
• Inorganic Gases - Hydrogen Chloride, Hydrogen Fluoride, Ammonia
• Bromine and bromate compounds
• Fluoride compounds
• Sulphate compounds
• VOC analysis
• Speciated Organics including TA Luft Organics Class I, II & III
• Total Organic Carbon (TVOC)
• BTEX analysis
• Full suite metal analysis - incl Total Lead, Arsenic, Nickel and Antimony, Cadmium, Thallium, Mercury. (subcontracted)
• TA Luft Inorganics (subcontracted)
• Formaldehyde
• Dioxins and PAHs (subcontracted)

We are approved by the EPA as an air monitoring contractor accredited to the ISO17025 standard for air emissions monitoring. Please refer to our current INAB accreditation scope for our accreditation status on the above.
